What is Lucky Maiden Bridal Box?

Lucky Maiden Bride Box is a monthly box full of bridal products to help plan an amazing countdown. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, and we can help! Discover amazing new bridal boutiques, brands, and products for your shower, bridesmaids and bridal party, wedding, and honeymoon. It's like having Christmas every month!

What's inside each month?

Each box ships 5-7 full size custom bridal products to help plan your big day. Get pampered, plan, and discover new products and brands for some amazing Etsy stores and Bridal boutiques. Each box has a special theme, from celebrating your new status, to planning your bachelorette party, day of your wedding, to your honeymoon. We cover it all!

How do the subscription plans differ?

We have 4 different subscriptions. A month to month subscription that will be automatically reoccur every month, cancel at anytime.

Our 3, 6 and 12 month plans are offered at a discounted rate because those plans are paid in full up front. The longer the plan, the more you save. Prepaid plans do not automatically renew after the term and cannot be cancelled after 30 days.

When do you ship?

Boxes will be shipped out between the 15th and 18th of each month. You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way! Your box should arrive between 5-7 business days.

Orders placed in the current month will ship out between the 15th & 18th of the following month.

All shipping address changes must be made BEFORE the last day of the month prior to shipment. This allows us to do any updates to your address.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if the address was not updated before the cutoff date. Please email support@luckymaiden.com with assistance in any shipping address changes.

 

When will I be billed?

You will be billed when you first subscribe, then on the 25th of every month there after (for month to month plans).

For example, if you suscribe on the 10th of the month, you will be charged at that time and receive your box the next month. Your next bill will be on the 25th of the following month.

Is shipping included in the price of the box?

No, shipping is not included in the price of our boxes, but we have set flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders ship for $6.95.

What is your cancellation policy?

Month to month re-billable subscriptions can be canceled at anytime by emailing our support team support@luckymaiden.com. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given due to late cancellation.

Our 3, 6, or 12th month plans cannot be cancelled after 30 days.

Can I return/exchange my box?

We do not except returns, If your box arrives with any damaged items, let us know and we will send a replacement. You must notify is here at support@luckymaiden.com within 3 days of receiving your box.

What if I recieve a damaged or defective item?

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, or a wrong size, simply contact us here within 3 days of receiveing your box and we will ship out another item to you.  

Will I get the same product twice?

Never! We find new and exciting products each and every month. It's our passion to create beautiful boxes with unique and amazing products you will love! We may send you an item from the same brand, but that's because they have products we know you will adore.
